    Our vehicles are supplied by authorised dealers in the UK and we deliver them free of cost at your doorstep.

  • Do these vehicles have any warranty?

    Yes, our vehicles come with a Manufacturer warranty of three years (unless otherwise stated). If your new vehicle encounters any problem within this time period, it is advisable to contact your nearest local dealer to address the problem.

  • Do I need to make an advance deposit?

    We usually quote three instalments as the initial deposit though there are some funders who might settle for one. However, it is completely up to you to decide whether or not you want to increase your initial deposit to lower the monthly payments.

    Van Leasing Now will never charge any administration fee for processing an order.

  • How to place an order?

    How to place an order? We will send you the order details, including van specifications and the quote for your confirmation. As soon as the order is confirmed, based on the chosen funding option we will prepare a finance application and will take a holding deposit of £500 (or more) from you, which will be returned on the day of delivery. If the finance is accepted we will email the document for you to sign and return it with appropriate proofs. And during this procedure the van will be made ready. While the receipt of the finance documents is send to a funder, we would need an insurance document for registration of the vehicle and to arrange a date of delivery.

  • Can I cancel the order?

    Well, it depends on the stage of the procedure. Van Leasing Now takes a holding deposit of a minimal amount and upon the confirmation of the order we began with the process of preparing the vehicle for registration and fitting accessories. We do not have any intension to charge you extra, but we generally incur cost if you return a signed order. And if the order is almost near completion we may incur higher charges for cancelation. However, if any other is offering lesser price than us speak to one of our staff at first as we offer ‘Price match guarantee’.

  • Is there a credit check involved in hire purchase, finance lease and contract hire deals?

    Is there a credit check involved in hire purchase, finance lease and contract hire deals?

    Yes, credit score check is involved in all three options. However, in case of defaulters, getting an acceptance for credit score from funders is quite unlikely.

  • When can I take delivery of my vehicle?

    When can I take delivery of my vehicle?

    Normally, it takes 14-21 days for delivery after the order is confirmed. The faster the paperwork is completed the faster delivery is made. However, vans in stock are usually delivered within 7-10 days.

  • Is there any provision to terminate the agreement early?

    Yes, there is, especially with a contract hire agreement. But then earlier termination can cost you more. In case of finance lease or hire purchase agreement it is suggested to contact the funder.

  • Is Road Fund License included during the leasing arrangement?

    Is Road Fund License included during the leasing arrangement?

    Yes, indeed. In case of contract hire Road Fund license is included throughout the term, whereas on finance lease or hire purchase arrangements it is included for a year.

  • Is Ply-lining included in your quoted prices?

    Is Ply-lining included in your quoted prices?

    Not really though some funders do include it in their agreement.

    No, although we do suggest you to contact a franchised dealer, provided they are VAT registered and use high quality manufacturer’s parts to keep the Pan European warranty valid

  • Do you stock the vehicles featured on the website?

    Do you stock the vehicles featured on the website?

    Yes, we do stock the vans that are listed on the website although it keeps on changing at regular intervals. If you need some other van model speak to us as we will try to arrange that for you.

    Yes, of course. However, in that case speak to our sales team.

    If there is any problem regarding your vehicle delivery, call us immediately as we will try to sort out the problem.
